Absolutely. Your cleaning business can be established in any city across the US or Canada. Youdo not need to reside in the city where your business operates, and our team will assist byproviding research and recommendations on viable locations.

Are the cleaners employed as W2 or 1099 contractors?

All cleaners we recruit for your business are engaged as 1099 contractors, simplifying the taxprocess.

What occurs after my initial service period ends?

Post-service, your assigned manager will continue to operate your business to maintainautomation. Alternatively, you may opt for an ongoing service with our team for a 30/70 profitshare arrangement, where we continue managing and marketing your business.

Are payment plans available?

Currently, we require full payment before the start date of your service.

How is my manager compensated?

While we initially cover your manager’s weekly salary, you will be responsible for their paymentevery Friday once your service period with us concludes.

While we primarily utilize organic marketing strategies, should you choose to expand throughpaid marketing, you will need a separate budget for monthly advertising. Additionally, there is aminimal software fee starting at $30 per month required for scheduling and business reporting.These are the only fees apart from your initial service fee.

How are cleaners hired?

We post job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Prospective cleaners must have at least two years of cleaning experience, undergo a face-to-face interview,and pass a personality test, cleaning test, background check. They must also have their own liability insurance and cleaning supplies.

How are cleaners compensated?

Cleaners are paid $20 per hour from the profits generated, and payments are made weekly via Venmo.

How will I receive payments?

Customers will pay you directly through PayPal or Stripe for cleaning services, with paymentsflowing directly to you.

Is insurance necessary for me to operate?

No, you are not required to obtain insurance as we require all cleaners to carry their own insurance.
